Industrial IoT for machine builders and factories

You can't stand next to every machine. Flowtics can.

Know what every machine is doing, wherever it runs, and why. Flowtics reads the PLCs you already have and alerts the right person the moment something needs attention: a fault, a reading past its limit, maintenance coming due. Its AI analyst tells you why it happened.

For machine builders with machines at their customers' sites, and for factories that want every machine visible, from one floor or many.

In production since Mar 2026Lineomatic

Paper and packaging converting machines, at customer sites on 4 continents.

Who it's for

Whether you build the machines or run them.

The same system. Different questions answered.

I build machines

Your machines, at every customer site.

  • Breakdown news comes from an angry customer.

You see it first. Which machine, which alarm, since when.

  • Two days of travel for a six-minute fault.

Diagnose it from your desk. Alarm history, live data and your own team's remedy. Many faults get fixed on a call.

  • The machine is a one-time sale.

Earn every year. Sell monitoring as a yearly service contract. Maintenance reminders bring the spares orders back.

I run a factory

Every machine on your floor, or floors.

  • Line 2 lost 40 minutes yesterday. Nobody knows why.

Every stop has its reason. Straight from the machine's alarms. Nobody has to type them.

  • The alarm went off. Nobody was near the panel.

The right person hears about it. On WhatsApp, SMS or email, and it escalates if nobody responds.

  • The shift report is typed into Excel the next morning.

Reports nobody types. Emailed every day, at the time you choose.

What Flowtics is

One system, from your PLC to your phone.

Three parts, one product. On most machines, no new hardware.

1 · At the machine

Flowtics Edge

Software that runs on the HMI or panel PC already on your machine, like installing an app on a phone you already own. It reads your PLC directly and checks your alarms and rules right there, in under a second. No HMI or PC? We add a small Raspberry Pi.

Flowtics Platform · All machines
Flowtics Platform dashboard of all machines: machines online, a world map of sites and machine health.
2 · Your control room

Flowtics Platform

See every machine from one screen: live status, history and reports. And change things from here too: add a machine, a new reading or a new alarm, and Flowtics sends the change to the machine, as soon as it is online. No site visit needed.

3 · In your hands

The right message, to the right person

  • Alerts: a fault or a reading past its limit reaches the person who can fix it, on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Reports: production and downtime arrive by email every day, at the time you choose, without anyone putting them together.
  • Answers: ask "why did MX-200 stop on Tuesday?" and the AI analyst replies from your own machine data.

Each person sees only the machines they look after.

One alarm, start to finish

One WhatsApp at 14:32. Here's what happened next.

Scroll, or click a step, to see it on the phone.

  1. Alarm 280, air pressure below 5.0 bar, on MX-200 #07 in Rajkot. Flowtics Edge catches it at the machine.

  2. It goes to the operator and the shift manager, the people at the machine. The MD isn't disturbed: they get a daily summary.

14:47 · nobody answered? The alarm goes up to the next person on the list, so it never gets lost.

  3. They open the alarm: what happened, when, and the fix your team wrote for it. Often they solve it themselves.

  4. Still stuck? They call the service team. The engineer opens the same screen, finds Alarm 280 at 14:32 and talks them through the fix.

  5. The stop, its reason and how long it lasted are in the shift report. Nobody typed it.

Running again by 14:38. Nobody travelled.

Flowtics AI analyst

Dashboards show you what happened. Flowtics tells you why.

Ask in plain language: English, हिंदी, ગુજરાતી, Français or any other. The answer comes from your own machine data, with numbers, a chart and a recommendation.

Flowtics AI● Reading your machine data
EN · हि · ગુ · +any

Knows your plant, not the internet.

It answers only from your machines' own data: alarms, speeds, stops, shifts and live OEE. It also spots the alarms that keep coming back.

Reads and recommends. Never controls.

The AI analyst never touches the machine. It tells you what it found and what to check. Your rules and your people take the action.

Your data stays yours.

Your machine data is never used to train AI models. You can connect your own AI key.

How we're different

Compared with what you're using today.

Most teams run on something built in-house or another IIoT platform, the SCADA that came with the PLC, or WhatsApp groups and Excel.

How we start

Decide on evidence, not on a sales pitch.

Three steps. You can stop after any of them.

  1. 01Half a day · free

    A visit to your works

We look at your machines and their PLCs, and give you an honest written answer on what Flowtics can read and what it would show you. No cost, no obligation, no preparation.

  2. 024–5 weeks · 1–2 machines

A pilot at a fixed price

It runs on our cloud, so your first machines go live in hours. We agree three results in writing up front. Miss them, and your fee comes back.

  3. 03At your pace

    Roll out

Your own team adds each new machine in hours, at commissioning or already in the field. No integrator needed.

Pricing is scoped with you after the visit. No extra charge for machines, users, dashboards, reports or alarm rules.
