Flowtics for factories
Every machine on your floor, on one screen.
What each machine produced today, why it stopped, and what is due next, from one floor or many. Flowtics reads the PLCs you already have, so nobody has to type a thing.
100+ machines onboarded at 29 sites, connected by their machine builder. Each factory sees only its own machines.

The morning meeting
The morning meeting, without the argument.
Line 2 lost 40 minutes yesterday. The register says "breakdown". Production blames maintenance, maintenance blames the operator, and nobody really knows.
The shift report is already in everyone's inbox: every stop, its reason from the machine's own alarms, and how long it lasted. The meeting starts with the fix, not the argument.
Every person, their own screen
Everyone sees what they need. Nobody sees too much.

Daily summary
Mixed machines
Any builder, any age. One view.
Most factories run machines from many builders, bought over twenty years, with different PLCs. Flowtics reads them all: 11 protocols, including Siemens S7, Modbus and OPC UA. It runs on the HMI or panel PC already on each machine. Where there is none, we add a small Raspberry Pi. Mitsubishi or Omron? We can add it.

From the first week
From the operator to the MD. Nobody types a thing.
OEE you don't calculate
Availability, performance and quality, worked out from the machine itself.
Stop reasons from the machine
Every stop gets its reason from the machine's alarms. Nobody types it.
Reports nobody types
Day, shift and job reports, emailed every day at the time you choose.
Maintenance on time
Schedules by running hours, production count or calendar, down to the part.
Alerts that escalate
WhatsApp, SMS, email or app. If nobody responds, it goes to the next person.
Incident log
Operators log issues with photos, tied to the machine and the time.
Settings from the office
Change a limit or add an alarm on the platform. It reaches the machine on its own.
Your ERP and MES
Connect them through our API, so production numbers flow where you need them.
How we start
Decide on evidence, not on a sales pitch.
Three steps. You can stop after any of them.
- 01Half a day · free
A visit to your works
We look at your machines and their PLCs, and give you an honest written answer on what Flowtics can read and what it would show you. No cost, no obligation, no preparation.
- 024–5 weeks · 1–2 machines
A pilot at a fixed price
It runs on our cloud, so your first machines go live in hours. We agree three results in writing up front. Miss them, and your fee comes back.
- 03At your pace
Roll out
Your own team adds each new machine in hours, at commissioning or already in the field. No integrator needed.
Pricing is scoped with you after the visit. No extra charge for machines, users, dashboards, reports or alarm rules.
