Flowtics for machine builders

Your machines keep talking to you after they leave your works.

Every machine you've sold, live at every customer site: running or stopped, which alarm, how much it produced. Your service team knows the fault before anyone travels. And monitoring becomes a service you sell, every year.

What you get

Four things change the day your machines are connected.

6 min · alarm to fix

Know first. Fix by phone.

Every alarm reaches the customer's operator on WhatsApp and lands on your alarm dashboard. Many faults are fixed on one call, not a two-day trip.

Faster service
1 screen · every customer

Every machine you've sold.

Where each one is, whether it is running, and which one needs you first, across every customer and country.

Your machines
₹10 lakh · a year, example

New income, every year.

Example: a ₹25,000 Smart AMC on 40 of 100 machines in the field. Before spares, and before the trips you save.

What you're buying

One product, from your PLC to your phone.

Three parts, one product. No IT team and no integrator: our team sets it up, on our cloud or yours. On most machines, no new hardware.

Flowtics Edge

Software your engineer installs on the HMI or panel PC you already fit, like an app on a phone. It reads your PLC directly and checks alarms right there, in under a second. If the customer's internet drops, the data waits on the machine. No HMI? It runs on a small Raspberry Pi we supply.

The right message, to the right person

  • Alerts: a fault reaches the customer's operator, and your engineer too if you assign them, from your own WhatsApp number, or by SMS, email or app.
  • Reports: shift, day and job reports, emailed to you and your customer at the time you choose.
  • Answers: ask the AI analyst why a machine stopped, in English, हिंदी, ગુજરાતી, Français or any other language.

Your customer sees only their own machines. You see all of them.

One alarm, start to finish

An alarm fires at a customer. You know first.

The customer's operator gets it on WhatsApp, your engineer too if you assign them, and your service team sees it on the alarm dashboard. Many faults are fixed on one phone call.

  1. 14:32

    The alarm

MX-200 #07 at Sunrise Manufacturing raises Alarm 280, air pressure low, and stops. Flowtics Edge catches it at the machine in under a second.

  2. 14:32

    Everyone who needs it hears

The operator and the machine head on site get a WhatsApp alert from your service number. Your service engineer gets it too, because you assigned them to this customer. Your MD isn't disturbed.

  3. 14:34

    The screen

Your engineer opens the alarm: the shift, the last 15 minutes of data and the remedy your own team wrote for Alarm 280.

  4. 14:38

    Fixed by phone

The operator calls. Your engineer already knows the fault and walks them through it. Running again in 6 minutes, and nobody travelled.

Your installed base

Where your machines are, how they run, and where to act first.

All customers or just one, over any period. The real OEM Dashboard, with sample data.

OEM dashboard
Flowtics OEM dashboard: 48 machines, 44 online, 17 customers; machines by category and model; a world map of where machines are installed; machine health; and top machines by production, availability, critical faults and job changes.
  • ProductionWhich machines produced the most.
  • AvailabilityHow consistently each machine is available, and why not.
  • Critical faultsWhich machine needs you first, before the customer complains twice.
  • Job changesHow often jobs switch, so you see how the machine is really used.
  • EnergyMachines using more power than the rest of your machines.
  • Idle timeReady but not running. Short of orders? Waiting for material? A reason to call.

At the bottom, it sums it up in plain sentences: the machine with the most faults, the most idle time, the highest energy use. Nobody has to read every chart.

The business case

It isn't a cost. It's new service income.

Your machine is a one-time sale. Flowtics turns it into a relationship that pays you every year.

  1. 01

    Sell your own Smart AMC

An AMC with the machine watched live: remote monitoring plus faster service, sold every year, on new machines and on the ones already in the field.

  2. 02

    Win against cheaper imports

Include year one with every new machine. When a buyer compares you with a cheaper machine, "it tells me before it breaks" is hard to beat.

  3. 03

A smart-machine feature for your brochure

Remote monitoring, AI diagnostics and WhatsApp alerts, under your brand. A difference a buyer sees on day one.

Work out your own numbers

Your team sets it up

Design once. Stamp it on a hundred machines.

A machine is usually live in hours, once its data points, PLC addresses and alarms are known. For the first 2–3 machines we sit with your team and show them how: installing Flowtics Edge, building dashboards with the drag-and-drop widgets, and pushing updates to machines. After that, they do it alone, even during commissioning.

  1. 01

    Define each model once

Data points, PLC addresses, alarms and calculations. Every machine of that model gets them.

    11 protocols
  2. 02

    Install Flowtics Edge

Software, on the HMI or a PC already there. Where there is neither, it runs on a Raspberry Pi we supply. Machines already in the field? Install remotely over AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

    With or without an HMI
  3. 03

    Ship it connected

Add each new machine at commissioning. It's live at the customer's site the day it starts running.

    From your works
  4. 04

    Change it from your desk

Edit a threshold or an alarm once and push it to 1 machine or 100. No site visit.

Built to be trusted on your customer's floor.

  • Each customer sees only their own machines. You see all of them, and you decide which dashboards and reports each role at each customer can open.
  • It reads what the PLC already exposes. Write-back is off until you switch it on, point by point and role by role, and every command is logged.
  • TLS encrypted, with its own certificate for every Edge. Outbound only, so the customer's IT opens no firewall ports.
  • Any internet works: wired, Wi-Fi, 4G/5G or satellite. If it drops, Flowtics Edge buffers the data on the machine and sends it when the line is back.
  • Every change is versioned and logged, and can be rolled back.
  • We run it on our cloud, or you keep it in-house: on your own cloud or a server in your plant.
