About the price
What people ask before they ask for a price.
- Do I pay per machine, user or dashboard?
- No. Connect as many machines and add as many users, dashboards, reports and alarm rules as you like. The price stays the same. Flowtics Edge runs free on the HMI or industrial PC a machine already has; we charge only if a machine needs a Raspberry Pi instead.
- What does the yearly AMC cover?
- Support from our team and every update to Flowtics Edge, the web platform and the mobile app.
- Is there anything else to pay?
- Only two things, and only if they apply: a Raspberry Pi where a machine has no HMI or panel PC (one-time), and the cloud and its management if we run Flowtics for you.
- Can I start small?
- Yes. A pilot runs 4–5 weeks on 1–2 machines, at a fixed price. We agree three results in writing; miss them, and your fee comes back.
- I build machines. Do my customers pay Flowtics?
- Never. We bill only you. You set the price of your own Smart AMC and keep what your customers pay.
